Google Pay is a payment service provided by Google Ireland Limited that allows Users to make online payments using their Google credentials.

Cloudflare is a traffic optimization and distribution service provided by Cloudflare Inc. The integration of Cloudflare means that it filters all traffic for CHPTR, including communications between CHPTR and the User’s browser, while also allowing the collection of statistical data on it.
Personal Data Processed: Tracking Tools and various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.

CHPTR uses Tracking Tools to enhance the quality of the user experience and to enable interactions with external content, networks, and platforms.
Tracking Tools Managed by Third Parties
Google Fonts is a font display service managed by Google Ireland Limited that allows CHPTR to integrate such content within its pages.

How to Manage Preferences and Give or Withdraw Consent on CHPTR
Where the use of Tracking Tools is based on consent, Users can provide or withdraw such consent by setting or updating their preferences via the relevant privacy choices panel available on CHPTR.
With regard to third-party Tracking Tools, Users can manage their preferences by visiting the relevant opt-out link (where available), by using the tools described in the third party’s privacy policy, or by contacting the third party directly.
How to Control or Delete Cookies and Similar Technologies Through Your Device Settings
Users can use their browser settings to:
- See which Cookies or similar technologies have been set on their device;
- Block Cookies or similar technologies;
- Delete Cookies or similar technologies from their browser.
Browser settings, however, do not allow for granular control of consent by category.

However, please note that Tracking Tools allow CHPTR to provide Users with a better experience and advanced features (in line with the purposes outlined in this document). Therefore, if the User decides to block the use of Tracking Tools, CHPTR may not be able to provide the relevant features.

This information is collected automatically through CHPTR (also from third-party applications integrated into CHPTR), including: the IP addresses or domain names of the devices used by the User, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), the country of origin, the characteristics of the browser and operating system used by the visitor, the duration of the visit (e.g., time spent on each page), and details regarding the User’s navigation within the Application, such as the sequence of pages visited and the parameters related to the operating system and IT environment of the User.
User
The individual using CHPTR who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject.
